EVA Foam Sheet
EVA foam sheets are used to produce particularly flexible and elastic parts. They are available in different densities, thicknesses and formats, and are used as thermoforming liners, as insoles, and as the soft contact layer against the body in corsets and limb orthoses.
- Densities 170, 200 and 240 kg/mc, plus shore grades 30, 35 and 45
- Thickness 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm
- Formats include 500 x 500 mm, 900 x 1800 mm, 1100 x 900 mm, 950 x 850 mm, 700 x 1000 mm, 600 x 900 mm, 800 x 780 mm
- Colors: brown, black, green, beige, white; Orthocontact 10 in beige
- Applications: thermoforming liners, insoles, soft contact layer for corsets and limb orthoses
- 170 kg/mc 500 x 500 mm version intended for the thermoformable cone
