Glass Fiber, Kevlar and Hybrid Materials
This range covers glass fiber, Kevlar and hybrid composite materials in textile, braided sleeve and band form, used to laminate prosthetic sockets for below and above knee amputees, upper and lower limb orthoses, and corsets. Each product is supplied with instructions for use.
- Glass fiber braided sleeves, diameters 80 to 120 mm, 80 to 154 g/m2
- Glass fiber textiles at 50, 130 and 300 g/m2, fiber orientation 0/90 degrees
- Kevlar textiles, braided sleeves and bands
- Hybrid carbon-glass braided sleeves and carbon-Kevlar textiles, 190 g/m2, width 1 m
- For laminating BK and AK sockets, upper and lower limb orthoses, and corsets
- Properties certified to UNI 51114, UNI EN ISO 5084, UNI EN 1049-2 and UNI EN 13934-1
- Each product supplied with instructions for use
